I stared at my screen.
- The internet, undefeated
- Google Drive, humbled
- Me, changed
Somewhere in front of a
Hilton Hotel
,
& with a GCP backpack like I was about to keynote the cloud itself,
I realized I had tried to check in the entire internet.

No late checkout.
No room available.
Just sync errors and shame.
Because you can’t own the internet.
You can only visit it.
Like a raccoon rifling through an endless dumpster of:
- knowledge
- misinformation
- ads for things you once thought about buying
I tried harder like it was a belief system..
Google Drive just stared back like:
..This is not a backup bruv.
.
We are the cloud.
.
🌤️ You are attempting weather control..
And that’s when I knew —
the gcloud won,
the internet stayed wild,
and I walked away lighter…
